#4 Silver Surfer
Norrin Radd, The Silver Surfer. The Silver Surfer is a herald of Galactus and one of the most powerful characters in comics. I would love to have a solo movie for him where it goes from the destruction of his planet, going to other planets as the herald but trying to save other planets from being dealt the same fate, then go to earth. A Silver Surfer movie is something I always wanted as a kid since Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, but it never happened and till this day that after credit scene haunts me.
