*Sigh* well Cloak & Dagger fans, the series is officially canceled. Here’s is what The Hollywood Reporter said about the situation:
Disney-owned cable network Freeform has opted to cancel the drama after two seasons. The news comes shortly after Marvel announced a major leadership change, with film topper Kevin Fiege adding oversight of its TV division, among other units. Marvel’s head of TV Jeph Loeb, who developed Cloak and Dagger, is leaving the company and is expected to formally announce his departure before Thanksgiving.

This honestly sucks because Cloak & Dagger was such a fantastic show, and I believe it was taken away too soon. This was the second Marvel show on Hulu to get canceled, with the first being Ghost Rider. Now I wouldn’t be surprised that the Runaways and Helstrom are next to go. I’m gonna miss the show, but I’m going to stay hopeful that they will return one day.
