During an interview with Miami Latin News, Victoria Alonso (Marvel Studio Executive Vice President) was asked about who’s next to take Stan Lee’s cameo role in the MCU.
Here is what Victoria Alonso said:
Stan Lee is not replaceable. So we will never try. That is the legend, the man, we will never try to replace him. Other people will come around, and then you have someone as phenomenally creative as Kevin Feige, but there’s only one Stan Lee.

This is the best decision, honestly. Stan Lee’s cameos in the MCU are iconic, so for him to get replaced by someone else would be weird. Gonna miss seeing Stan Lee cameos in future Marvel movies. Rest in peace to the legend Stan Lee.
