My Top 3 Marvel Comics of The Week #7

Miles morales: Spider-man #14

Miles Morales: Spider-Man #14 was a fun issue. Seeing Mile’s baby sister was heartwarming, and I enjoyed the fight with the Green Goblin. Also, when Mr. Dutcher found Mile’s journal, I was pretty shocked, and I doubt it’ll be the same relationship as Peter Parker and Jonah Jameson. I wonder how the story will play out? Maybe Mr. Dutcher is going to help Ultimatum.

x-men #4

X-Men #4 was amazing. The dialogue was great in this issue, and I loved it. Also, when Xavier said that he’s a lot less faith in his dream that humans and mutants can coexist was pretty sad since that is all he ever wanted. This might be my favorite X-Men issue, plus Apocalypse is in a suit, so that’s a 10 out of 10.

thor #1

Donny Cates starts strong with Thor #1! Thor being a grouch and not being able to leave Asgard because he’s king, was interesting to see, but it fits his personality. And when Galactus made Thor a herald to help stop the Black Winter was such a badass moment. Nic Klein’s art in this book is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to see what the other issues are going to look like. Cates knocked it out of the park, and I’m happy he was next to pick up the hammer after Jason Aaron.
