‘Justice League Dark: Apokolips War’ Spoiler-Free Review!

All I can say is…WOW! Justice League Dark: Apokolips War is the final film in the DC Animated Movie Universe, and boy did they go out with a bang. The story is about the Justice League creates a plan to attack Darkseid on Apokolips, but thanks to Cyborg being connected to the Mother Box, Darkseid was able to decimate the League with ease! The earth is now in a terrible state, and the ones who will try to save it is a team mixed with the Justice League, Suicide Squad, Teen Titans, and many more. This film will surprise you, and if you think you know what to expect, you don’t.

The action from the film was really good, and the animation was great. Also, they do not hold back at all in this film, and the choice they went within this film was very bold. When it comes to gore it was crazy because people DIE! The character designs in this film were unique, and I loved it. Kudos to the team who worked on the film because everyone has done a great job.

This film is probably one of the best DC animated films I’ve seen. The film kept me on my toes, and I felt many emotions while I was watching it. I was shocked, sad, happy, hell I was even depressed and almost cried! Also, the ending of this film was beautiful and bittersweet. Judging from the ending, if it’s going the route I think it’s going, then I can’t wait for the future.

The first film in this universe was Justice League: War in 2014, and here we are in 2020 with Justice League Dark: Apokolips War. Sure there were some rough films out of the 15 movies in this animated universe, but they had one amazing execution. All I got are great things to say, and if a movie can do that, then it’s perfect in my eyes. If you’re reading this, then you know right away that I highly recommend watching this film!
