‘Hawkeye: Freefall’ Series Review!

Hawkeye: Freefall has finally come to an end, and it was so good.

The six issues mini-series was fun, fantastic art (probably my favorite art I’ve seen currently in comics), and great storytelling. I’ll be honest, I have never been a huge Hawkeye fan, but with the teamwork of Matthew Rosenberg and Otto Schmidt has changed my mind about him. Seeing Clint Barton be obsessed with the Hood, having relationship problems, time-traveling to trick people that he wasn’t Ronin was just so amazingly funny. This series did not have one bad issue.

Sadly, I wish the series went on a bit longer, but it is what it is. If you love Hawkeye or trying to find something to read about the character, then pick up Hawkeye: Freefall. I hope Rosenberg and Schmidt make another comic series together because they complement each other well. Hawkeye: Freefall is in my top 5 comic series of 2020.
