Now this news has gotten Marvel fans talking. Jamie Foxx, who played Max Dillon in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, will return as Electro in Spider-Man 3! The third film is supposed to release on December 17, 2021.
I think this is awesome. With WandaVision starting off the collapse of the multiverse, and Electro being one of the villains to return from another film, is cool to see. What makes this even crazy is the fact that we’re getting close to a live action Spider-Verse or Spider-Men film! Sony has heard the fans loud and clear that they want a live action Spider-Verse film, so it’s guaranteed to happen, plus Sony loves money and they’re definitely going to capitalize on this. Jamie Foxx is a great actor who was dealt with a bad script, so expect him to kill it Spider-Man 3.
