Daredevil is Back At Marvel…So What Now?

If you haven’t heard the news, Marvel recently got the rights back for Daredevil and will be able to use the character in live-action.

Netflix’s Daredevil was the streaming platform’s first exclusive Marvel series. The show was great and was considered the best comic book show of all time. When Netflix canceled the show, it shook the fandom because no one knew why. When Netflix canceled, the series was already planned on going for season four. The series ended with Matt, Foggy, and Karen are back together to start a new beginning after taking down King Pin. So where can Marvel take the characters now after getting the rights back?

Marvel fans want to see Daredevil on the big screen, and this was very well known during Infinity War/Endgame. One way I would have brought the character is through Spider-Man 3 and have Matt be Peter’s lawyer after his identity got revealed in Far From Home. .

Another way is in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. People still believe that the Marvel series on Netflix isn’t canon in the MCU, so bringing Daredevil and the rest of the Marvel characters from Netflix would work in the sequel to Doctor Strange.

Marvel Studios are determined to make sure the shows on Disney Plus are top-notched, so it’s possible when could see Daredevil return there, especially after there are rumors of R-rated content on the service. The best way to introduce Daredevil in the MCU through the series is in She-Hulk, Matt could help Jennifer Walters in a case. Another would be in Moon Knight, and Daredevil is trying to stop Marc Spector but team up in the end. After the introduction, Marvel can continue the story where it left off in season 3 and continue with a new season/soft reboot on Disney Plus.

People want Daredevil back, and Disney/Marvel knows this. I love Daredevil, and I would love to see him and the rest of the characters be important in the MCU. Also, I would love to see the Defenders meet the Avengers!
