Charlie Cox Apparently Finished Filming in ‘Spider-Man 3’!

Apparently, Charlie Cox has finished wrapping up his role as Daredevil in Spider-Man 3, which he’s been rumored to be apart of since the rights went back to Marvel. The news broke from about the return from Cox and his involvement.

Here’s what said:

As rumors swirled around of Spider-Man 3 casting Daredevil actor Charlie Cox to reprise his role from the Netflix series, has learned that the actor was indeed on the set for the Marvel Studios movie. Cox is expected to be playing Matt Murdock in the film alongside Tom Holland’s Peter Parker, though at this point it is unclear if it will be the same version of Daredevil than many fans know and love from the Defenders series on Netflix or if it’s some sort of multiversal reboot. Considering the inclusion of Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, it’s possible that the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be making major changes to Cox’s Daredevil in the future.

We don’t know if Charlie Cox is in Spider-Man 3, so take this rumor with a big grain of salt because his return is possible. A lot of fan want Daredevil to return in the MCU, and him returning in Spider-Man 3 would make a lot of sense since Peter Parker does need a lawyer after his identity was revealed by Mysterio. True or not, I do have very high hopes that he’ll return in some shape or form in the MCU.
