Capcom has released a trailer for a new six-player multiplayer game, Resident Evil Re: Verse. The game was created for RE’s 25th anniversary and will have to fan-favorite characters. The game is free after purchasing Resident Evil Village.

I’ll be honest, the game does not look great at all. The concept to have a multiplayer game and playing fan-favorite characters like Leon or Jill is great. The problem with the game is that it looks terribly outdated, and you would think that the game would play so much better in the year 2021 when there have been many shooters throughout the years. Sure the game is free, but to give this to the fans who’s been with the franchise for years is kind of a spit to the face. At least Resident Evil Village looks phenomenal.
