‘Ghost of Tsushima’ Film In The Works!

One of the best games that released last year, Ghost of Tsushima, will be getting a film adaption!

From Deadline, here’s what their article said:

Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions are developing a film adaptation of the hugely successful action adventure game Ghost of Tsushima, with Chad Stahelski attached to direct. The game recently crossed a massive milestone of selling over 6.5 million copies since its July 2020 debut.

Stahelski, Alex Young and Jason Spitz are producing through their company 87Eleven Entertainment. Asad Qizilbash and Carter Swan will produce on behalf of PlayStation Productions. Sucker Punch Productions will serve as Executive Producers. Peter Kang is overseeing the project on behalf of the studio.

I have complete faith that Chad Stahelski will do great, especially since I’m a fan of John Wick. Everything from Ghost of Tsushima is beautiful from the storytelling, characters, environment, and more, so I hope the film captures that same magic. Also, I hope Hollywood isn’t afraid to cast the actors from the actual game because I know damn well they can deliver on the big screen. Overall, this is just amazing news.
