I don’t really talk about viewership and whatnot, but holy shit! Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has destroyed Avengers: Endgame‘s trailer viewership in less than 24 hours! When the trailer for Endgame dropped it made over 289 million views in 24 hours, but the No Way Home trailer did 355.5 million!
Here’s what the official Twitter account for the Spider-Man film posted:
I knew this film was going to be big but not Endgame big! This is an amazing feat because Endgame took years to build up, and here’s Spider-Man coming over ans saying “Pizza time”. With No Way Home having characters from older Spider-Men films and the possibilities of a live-action Spider-Verse, the hype is though the roof.
I’ve been there since Spider-Man (2002), and I don’t care if the movie is bad, as long as I see Tobey rocking the Spider-Man suit and I hear that Danny Elfman score…I’ll die in the theater. My excitement for this film is like no other and I’ll see it like 20 times in the theaters.
Here’s the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:
For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will release in theaters on December 17th!
