Paramount casually announced online that Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and a spin-off series about Knuckles are officially in development!

Here’s the official tweet from Paramount, and what Ben Schwartz (Sonic) had to say:

This is just amazing news! I loved the first movie and the second film looks incredible, and we’re getting spoiled with a Knuckles series?! We’re in the good timeline for sure. I’m happy that the live-action franchise is getting some love because it deserves it.
