In not-so-shocking news, and if you’re a Star Wars fan, this is a given at this point. Kevin Feige’s Star Wars film isn’t in the works anymore. Kevin Feige gave his answer when asked about the film, and he kept it short and sweet.
Here’s what he said when asked by Entertainment Tonight if his Star Wars film is in the works:

Well, there you have it. This film has been announced and was in the works back in 2019 with Michael Waldron writing the script. I would have loved to see what a Star Wars could’ve been, but I guess we’ll never know.
Also, what is it with Lucasfilm when it comes to announcing films and then getting thrown into the trash? Literally, almost every film they have announced throughout has either been in the works, on hold, or canceled. At this rate, it’s getting pretty ridiculous. Lucasfilm shouldn’t announce any more movies unless theirs cameras on set.
