I don’t know how this series flew under my radar, but I’m glad I’ve heard about it now. Netflix has released the official trailer for the new Pokémon series, Pokémon Concierge. I already fell in love with the show just from watching the trailer.

It’s insane how great this show looks. The way Pokémon Concierge is produced just feels right, and it works. We don’t get this style of storytelling like this as often, so it’s always great to see it being used, especially since I love films like Coraline, The Nightmare Before Christmas, etc.

Set at a resort for Pokémon on a southern island, this is the story of a new concierge named Haru, who gradually discovers herself as she and her fellow staff members scramble to attend to the various Pokémon guests.
Pokémon Concierge will be released on Netflix on December 28.
