How can I not talk about the recent peak that was revealed? We finally got the last character revealed for Tekken 8‘s base roster, and it’s a female character named Reina, who definitely has Mishima blood.

Meet Reina, the mysterious fighter who uses lightning-quick moves to overwhelm anyone who dares face her. Other than the fact she’s a student of the Mishima Polytechnical School, everything else about her is shrouded in mystery.
Reina just looks amazing to play. I loved that she has some of Heihachi’s moves, and even appears as a silhouette in the rage art. I’m curious how her story will play out in all of this, especially since she’s one of Heihachi’s kids for sure. Is it possible that she wins the next King of Iron Fist Tournament and take over what Heihachi has previously own, while Kazuya and Jin settle their own thing? So many different scenarios, and I’m excited to see what they’ll do.
Tekken 8 overall just looks amazing. The roster is huge, the story looks like it’s going to be the best in the franchise by far, and the gameplay is just incredible. I had the chance to play the beta, and I played it for hours, it’s so good As a long-time Tekken fan, and my favorite fighting game franchise, Tekken 8 is definitely going to be something special.
